I rarely post effusive praise, or even where credit is due, however Keith's recent work for me has proven to be outstanding. I live outside the US but have family and friends in Burlington. Keith recently took care of the beautiful flowers for my mom's funeral. They were spectacular. Last week I telephoned Keith from outside the US and asked him to send birthday flowers to somebody very special to me. I depended on him for a quality arrangement I would never see. Today, I received a mail from my dear friend that states ' I cannot find the words to express how beautiful the flowers are'. As if this were not praise enough, Keith is also a gentleman. He has talent in spades and a good heart to match. It's difficult to find both in business today. And, if he has a few minutes, he might play you a tune on one of the magnificent keyboards he has on display. It has been my very good fortune and pleasure to meet Keith and his sister, Teresa. Both made to feel welcome, important and entertained!!!!. I cannot recommend Keith to you highly enough and I don't say that without very good reason. In a word, exceptional.

I needed to send an arrangement to family for a funeral and called multiple florists in the area explaining I wanted to send something plant-like rather than flowers so it could be kept for a while. Keiths was the only florist who spent time explaining what would work and the why (green house grown vs survival in the wild). They quickly got the arrangement together and contacted the funeral home to coordinate delivery so it made it where it needed to be for the services. Its hard to find quality customer service these days and I truly am appreciative of Keiths. The arrangement is also beautiful and huge, definitely worth the price (they also had prices better than ordering online or through the funeral home).

I asked Keith if he could make a flower cake…..after several phone calls and texted photos back and forth from Maine this is what he created for a family member’s birthday! (See photo)???? Keith added his personal touch and worked hard to please! Delivered it himself and gave helpful directions on watering. Highest recommendation ever!!!

I received a "flower cake" yesterday. The flowers look beautiful, but the design and execution of the "cake" are amazing. Every time I pass by and look at it, I want to cut a slice to eat. Keith did an amazing job. It even has candles on top, like a cake. This was a birthday surprise ordered by my brother and sister in law who live in the northeast. Just an incredible work of art.

Keith made the most beautiful spray for my Fathers funeral. He was a joy to work with.

Needed to have an arrangement sent with short notice on a Friday afternoon, for a Sunday funeral service being held at a church. Keith's went out of their way to find the funeral home that was handling the arrangements so the flowers could be delivered to the funeral home, who would in turn take them to the church to make sure they arrived in time. Excellent customer service!
